With 20+ years of teaching experience, I’ve learned that every student is unique. My approach is student-centred and shaped around your individual interests, goals, learning style, and experience. Whether you’re just beginning, preparing for a performance or audition, or looking to take your skills further, lessons are tailored to meet you where you are.

I believe in giving students a broad and varied musical experience across genres.  Whether your interests are musical theatre, classical, jazz, pop, or folk, you’ll have the opportunity to explore different styles, experiment, and “Make New Sounds!”

My teaching practice has been shaped by extensive study and professional development with leading vocal educators and industry professionals from around the world. I’m continually learning about how voices work, grow and age and how individuals learn. 

Lessons should be effective, engaging, and enjoyable—not one-size-fits-all.

As an active professional vocalist, songwriter, recording artist, and educator, I bring real-world musical experience into the studio. I also teach at Walkerville Collegiate’s WCCA program and St. Clair College’s Musical Theatre Performance program.

Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and empowered as a musician.
